One. Components of automated warehouse

4. Conveyor system: The main peripheral equipment of the three-dimensional warehouse, which is responsible for transporting the goods to the stacker or removing the goods from the stacker. There are many types of conveyors, such as roller conveyors, chain conveyors, lifting platforms, distribution vehicles, hoists, belt conveyors, etc.

5. AGV system: that is, the automatic guided vehicle. According to its guiding method, it is divided into induction guided trolley and laser guided trolley.

6. ​​WCS automatic control system: the automatic control system that drives the equipment of the automated three-dimensional library system. The main control mode is the use of fieldbus.

7. WMS information management system: It is the core of a fully automated three-dimensional library system, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP systems, etc.).

2. The design steps of automated three-dimensional warehouse design Three-dimensional warehouse design are generally divided into the following steps:

(1) Collect and study the original data of users, and clarify the goals that users want to achieve. These original data include:

1, clarify the process of connecting the automated warehouse with upstream and downstream;

2. Logistics requirements: the maximum warehousing clerk entering the warehouse from upstream, the maximum outbound volume for downstream transshipment, and the required warehouse capacity;

3, the specification parameters of the material: the number of material types, material packaging form, outer packaging size, weight, storage method and other characteristics of other materials;

4. On-site conditions and environmental requirements of the three-dimensional warehouse;
